Why should I survey land before buying it?
A survey confirms the actual size, shape and boundaries of the plot, and shows whether it matches the title. It protects you from buying less land than you paid for or land that overlaps a neighbour.
Do you help with land titles?
Yes. We guide clients through land title processing, from surveying and mapping to preparing and following up documents with the relevant land offices. Registration itself is carried out by the government land registry.
Can you help me find land to buy?
Yes. We link buyers with land owners and estate developers, and we check the land before you commit through our due diligence service.
