As a building construction company in Kampala, we build houses, apartments, schools and commercial buildings, with engineers on every project and a clear cost for every stage.
Super Bis Limited is a building construction company in Kampala that turns approved plans into solid, well-finished buildings. We have built and supervised residential apartments in Muyenga, school blocks at Uganda Martyrs SS Namugongo and classroom and dormitory blocks in western Uganda, so we understand both private homes and institutional buildings.
Our civil engineer and site supervisors check setting out, reinforcement, concrete and blockwork at each stage, so the structure matches the design and lasts for decades.

Each stage connects to a specialist service: roofing works, plumbing works, electrical works and finishing works.

Foundations are designed for the soil conditions on your plot. We excavate to the right depth, place reinforcement as designed and cure concrete properly before loading it.
Walls are set out square and checked for level and plumb as they rise, which saves money on plaster and finishing later.
You receive regular progress updates and photos, especially useful for clients building from abroad.
If you already have approved drawings, we build to them. If you are starting from an idea, our architectural design team prepares the building plans and approval documents and our project managers keep the build on track. Before you buy a plot, we can also handle land surveying and title checks.
We build across Wakiso, Mukono and Kampala as part of our wider construction services.
It depends on the size of the house, the design and how funds are released. A simple bungalow may take a few months, while storeyed houses and apartment blocks take longer. We give you a stage-by-stage programme with your quotation.
Yes. Many clients build in stages, for example foundation, walling to ring beam, roofing, then finishes. We price each phase separately and protect completed work between phases.
Yes. Building plans should be approved by the relevant local authority, such as KCCA in Kampala or the municipal or district council elsewhere, before construction starts. Our architects can prepare and submit the drawings for you.
We can supply materials as part of a full contract, or work on a labour-and-supervision basis where you buy materials yourself. Either way, we specify quantities from the bill of quantities so nothing is wasted.

Send us your plans or a description of what you want to build, and we will prepare a clear stage-by-stage quotation.
