About Super Bis Limited
Super Bis Limited is a Ugandan company of architects, engineers and project managers, transforming ideas into quality work that creates lasting value since 2015.
Who we are
Super Bis Limited is a registered Ugandan limited company, incorporated in 2015. The name “BIS” stands for Business, Innovation and Skills, the three things we bring to every assignment. We were set up to provide consultancy and construction services in architecture, civil works, building construction and project management for both the public and private sectors.
Our head office is at Suite D3A, Nansana Business Centre, along Hoima Road in Nansana Municipality, Wakiso District. From there we serve clients in Kampala and across Uganda, and the company has carried out assignments in Rwanda, South Sudan and Zambia.
What we do
We work across four connected areas: construction services, architectural and engineering design, land services and property services.
Within these, our team handles civil, mechanical and electrical works, structural design, bills of quantities, tender and contract management, engineering and topographic surveys, feasibility studies, quality control, and the paving and painting of buildings and roads.

Our technical team
Super Bis Limited brings together qualified professionals and experienced site staff. Key members of our technical team include:
- Bright Peter, Architect and Physical Planner: B.Arch. (Hons) from Makerere University, with research on alternative construction methods in Sub-Saharan Africa and experience in physical planning for public and non-governmental clients.
- Sekasara Kenneth, Civil Engineer: a Makerere University civil engineering graduate with over 15 years in construction, structural design, water supply design and project supervision, and a member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers.
- Mugisha Robert, Electrical Engineer: BSc. Electrical Engineering (Hons) from Makerere University, experienced in power distribution, lighting design, earthing, fire alarm and CCTV systems.
- Tushabomwe Mathias, Architectural Technician: over 10 years in architectural and construction works, design, supervision, water and sanitation works and materials costing.
- Niwabiha Johnson, Building and Civil Technician: over 5 years in building construction, supervision, earthworks and road works, including classroom and dormitory blocks for schools.
They are supported by foremen, masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, steel fixers, metal fabricators and painters, all working under one management structure led by our board of directors.
