We handle building plans and approval in Uganda, preparing the drawings and documents you need to build legally and with confidence, in Kampala and across the country.
Super Bis Limited prepares building plans and approval in Uganda submissions for houses, apartments, schools, churches and commercial buildings. Building without approved plans can lead to fines, stopped works or demolition, and makes it harder to sell or mortgage the property later.
Our architect prepares the architectural drawings, and our engineers prepare structural and services drawings, so the full set is consistent and ready for review.

Approval requires proof of ownership. If your title is not ready, our land title processing and surveying services can help.
We can prepare as-built drawings of existing buildings, which are often needed when regularising a property.
Plans follow our architectural design and planning work, and approved plans go straight to our building construction team.
In Kampala, building plans are approved by the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). Elsewhere they are approved by the relevant municipal, town or district local government. Requirements vary, so we confirm them for your location.
Typically a site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, structural drawings and drainage details, together with proof of land ownership. Larger buildings may need additional reports.
No consultant can guarantee approval, because the decision belongs to the authority. What we do is prepare complete, compliant drawings and respond to any comments, which gives your application the best chance.

Tell us what you plan to build and where, and we will quote for the drawings and approval support.
